Thanks for stopping by! Everyone has a reason to get healthy, maybe its to feel better about themselves, to lose weight, to gain weight, or to improve their quality of life. Whatever your reason may be I hope you join me in this 8 week challenge to kick off healthy living!
For me it's because I just had a baby and want to lose my baby weight, but also because now that I have kids I want to live a long and healthy life. I don't want to have aches and pains at an early age because of being overweight. I want to prevent any illness that my come my way so that's my reason.
So here it goes, 8 weeks to jump start a new way of life! Cutting out a lot of my sugar (not all just a lot :) eating more fruits and veggies, exercising daily, and drinking water.
I got this idea from another blog and I'll post the instructions but basically you just keep points, whoever ends up with the most points at the end of 8 weeks wins!
This is totally up to you, you absolutely do not have to participate and this has nothing to do with your grade in my class. I just feel so strongly about being healthy that I want to share it with you too! I hope you participate! But if you aren't up for it right now I completely understand :) The holidays are just around the corner and so it will be more tempting to eat extra pie or more treats.
